# V1 Token Creation

1. Go to [V1 Token Creation](https://fluxbeam.xyz/app/tools/token_create_v1) and make sure you <mark style="color:green;">connect your wallet.</mark>
2. Upload your image to *create the metadata.*
3. *Name your token*
4. Choose a *symbol for your token*.
5. Provide a *brief description* of your token's purpose.
6. Determine the *token supply.*
7. Select the *number of decimals* for your token (more decimals are ideal for smaller transactions).
8. Approve the transaction on your Solana wallet
